The Proposition, staging

Built 10 September 2026 and rebuilt on the night of 10 September on the current live shell. Nothing here is live. Every page carries a noindex meta tag of its own, and the host carries a noindex header whenever it is switched back on, so none of it can be picked up by a search engine until Dan approves a publish.

The staging host is switched off. The Caddy block for staging.theproposition.co was commented out on 10 September at Dan's request, so these links only resolve once it is uncommented and Caddy is reloaded. The files themselves are all in place at /var/www/proposition-staging.

Every page below ends at an enquiry form that posts to /api/contact. The form works on staging, so a test submission from here reaches Dan's inbox.

Needs Dan, and needs root

133 indexed URLs on theproposition.co return 404. Every one of them already redirects correctly on tollejo.com, so the redirect map was applied to the old domain and never copied to the new one. The paste is at reports/proposition-legacy-redirects-2026-09-10.caddy.
Two live pages link a stylesheet that does not exist and render unstyled: /value-proposition-workshops-uk/ and /sales-messaging-consultancy/ both point at styles-20260908.css, which returns 404.
